ISTAMPING

SUPPLY CHAIN

Supply Chain Management

One-stop manufacturing: sourced materials, in-house tooling, stamping, secondary operations and export — from Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Four Pillars of the ISTAMPING Supply Chain

01

Material Sourcing

Coils are sourced from approved mills and suppliers with full material certificates. Copper and copper alloys, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, steel, phosphor bronze and beryllium copper are all held in our material library across 13 standard families.

02

In-House Tooling

Tool and die design, building, tryout and maintenance are all in-house. Owning the tooling removes third-party lead time and keeps die changes, repairs and engineering updates under our control.

03

Secondary Operations

Plating, assembly, insert molding, overmolding and surface finishing are managed through vetted partners or in-house lines — with the same quality gates applied to every step after stamping.

04

Logistics & Delivery

From Chang'an Town, Dongguan — at the heart of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt — we ship to ports across the region and manage export documentation for global OEM and Tier-1 programs.

Why a One-Stop Supply Chain Matters

When stamping, tooling and secondary operations are coordinated under one roof, OEM and Tier-1 suppliers reduce and streamline their supply base. Fewer handoffs mean shorter lead times, fewer quality disputes at interfaces, and one accountable partner from material to finished assembly.

We operate as a manufacturing partner — with PPAP documentation, IATF 16949 quality systems and controlled change management — so our customers can treat ISTAMPING as an extension of their own supply chain organization.

Managed Secondary Operations

  • Plating

  • Assembly

  • Insert Molding

  • Overmolding

  • Surface Finishing

Each operation is covered by its own control plan and inspection gate, with documented traceability back to the stamping lot.
