Why Brackets
Brackets are structural stamped components used to mount, support or secure parts in applications across buildings, automotive, electronics and appliances.
- Our engineering team works from your CAD models to optimize bracket designs for manufacturability - material thickness, bend radii, hole patterns and plating are all engineered to maximize strength and fatigue life while minimizing cost. Run-at-rate studies and camera vision systems ensure 100% quality and zero defects on every bracket program.
- From automotive mounting brackets to industrial brackets and appliance and architectural brackets, ISTAMPING produces precision stamped brackets with structural integrity engineered into every feature.
- As a high-volume supplier of precision stamped brackets, we combine high-speed production with strict quality control to deliver brackets that fit perfectly and perform reliably at scale.

How We Manufacture Brackets
Design & Engineering
We optimize bracket geometry from your CAD - material thickness, bend radii, hole patterns and plating - to maximize strength and fatigue life while minimizing cost.
Progressive Die Tooling
Precision progressive dies are built 100% in-house (30 tooling machines), eliminating supplier hand-offs and protecting your IP.
High-Speed Stamping
Brackets are stamped in high volume with in-process monitoring, holding ±0.005 mm precision and ≤0.03 mm flatness on presses up to 300 SPM.
Secondary Operations
In-die and offline secondary ops integrate welding, PEM hardware insertion, riveting and tapping - consolidating multi-vendor steps under one roof.
Surface Treatment
Plating and coating (zinc, tin, nickel), managed through approved partner lines under our quality plan, deliver corrosion protection matched to your application environment.
Inspection & Quality Control
Camera vision and sensor technology inspect every part during stamping under IATF 16949:2016, supporting zero-defect delivery.
Design-for-Manufacturability Support
Our engineers review your bracket at the quoting stage and recommend design-for-manufacturability adjustments - bend radii, material grade, hole tolerances - that lower tooling cost and lead time without compromising structural integrity. Existing dies can be taken over and optimized for our high-speed presses.
FAQ
Questions Buyers Ask
What materials can brackets be stamped from?
We stamp cold-rolled steel, stainless steel (SUS301/304), brass, copper and aluminum (5052/6061), matched to your strength, weight and corrosion requirements.
Do you offer secondary operations on brackets?
Yes. Welding, PEM hardware insertion, riveting and tapping are performed under one roof, with plating managed through approved partner lines, eliminating tolerance stack-up between vendors.
What precision can you hold on stamped brackets?
Our high-speed presses hold ±0.005 mm positioning precision and ≤0.03 mm flatness, with 100% in-house tooling for fast, secure turnaround.
Recommended Products

Terminals
Terminals are necessary to connect various circuits or systems. Sometimes called electrical connectors, these components are used to transfer electrical current from a power or grounding source to an electrical system.

Wire & Cable Connectors
Wire and cable connectors, also known as crimp terminals, crimp wire connectors, crimp cable connectors and eyelet terminals serve a simple but essential purpose of connecting electrical wires and cables to other parts and modules within the entire electrical system of vehicles, appliances, control systems and other electrical applications.

Assemblies
Assemblies are complete finished products or sub-assemblies built from multiple stamped components joined together - often combining metal stampings with plastic parts, hardware and inserts.
