What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on part size and material. Prototypes start from 100 pieces; mass production typically starts at 10,000 pieces per year. Send your drawing for a part-specific answer.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard stamping tolerances are ±0.1 mm; we hold ±0.025 mm on critical features where required, verified with in-line vision inspection.
What materials do you stamp?
Copper and copper alloys, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, steel, phosphor bronze and beryllium copper. Our material library covers 13 standard families.
Do you make tools in-house?
Yes. Progressive die design, tool making and maintenance are all in-house — which keeps lead times short and quality predictable.
What is your typical lead time?
Tooling typically 3–6 weeks depending on complexity; production lead time 2–4 weeks after PPAP approval.
Do you support OEM / ODM projects?
Yes. We work as a manufacturing partner for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, with PPAP documentation and IATF 16949 quality systems.
Can you help with design for manufacturability?
Yes. Our engineers review your drawing early and flag DFM issues — material utilization, bend radii, tolerances — before tooling starts.
