Structural Building Metal Stamping Products
Structural building components - architectural brackets, framing connectors and mounting hardware - require stamped parts with consistent strength and dimensional accuracy. ISTAMPING produces structural building metal stamping products with the strength, corrosion resistance and cost-efficiency construction applications demand.
- Consistent strength and dimensional accuracy on every part
- Corrosion-resistant finishes - galvanized and powder-coated options
- Cost-efficient high-volume production for construction demand
- Precise hole patterns for fast, reliable installation
Precision-Formed Building Hardware at Scale
Structural brackets, beam connectors, and truss components must hold their geometry under continuous load while surviving decades of moisture, salt, and temperature cycling. We form them from 0.05–3.0 mm galvanized, stainless, and coated steels on 25–80 ton presses with ±0.005 mm positioning accuracy, then add reel-to-reel selective plating to protect critical surfaces without paying to coat the whole part. Aida high-speed lines running up to 300 SPM, backed by in-house progressive tooling, drive per-piece cost down across multi-million-part orders while IATF 16949:2016 process control keeps every lot dimensionally consistent.
- High-speed Aida stamping up to 300 SPM on 25–80 ton presses keeps unit cost low on multi-million-piece hardware runs
- Precision forming from 0.05–3.0 mm galvanized, stainless, and coated steels for strong, corrosion-resistant brackets, connectors, and truss components
- Reel-to-reel selective plating targets protective coatings on critical surfaces, maximizing corrosion life while saving material cost
- IATF 16949:2016 quality system with CMM and inline vision inspection verifies dimensional consistency on every production lot
